Elite Team Training
Working out alone can be very challenging and to some much less motivating than working out with likeminded individuals that are working to reach similar goals. Our Elite Team Training groups consists of 2-5 individuals in one setting under the supervision of one trainer.
Nutritional Guidance
Elite Performance and Strength provides nutrition coaching opportunities to our clients to ensure their nutrition is in alignment with their strength training. By doing so, clients are really able to maximize their RESULTS! Our desire is to help people realize the power in the food they eat and how creating better habits around nutrition can lead to better performance in the gym and in life.
