What makes your small group training classes different from other small group classes?
Our philosophy is built on helping our members decrease their BODY FAT percentage while increasing their MUSCLE MASS through strength training. Other small group training classes are typically considered more cardio driven. According to many studies, the key to longevity is MUSCLE MASS.
Monthly Billing
How and when are my monthly membership dues collected?
Elite Performance and Strength accepts most major credit and debit cards and collects your membership dues on the 1st of each month. Any payment received after the 10th of the month will be considered late and a $25 late will be added.
Pause Membership
I need to pause my membership because I got injured or will be traveling for an extended amount of time. How do I freeze my account temporarily?
To temporarily pause your membership, send an email to info@eliteperformanceandstrength.com and request a "hold" or "suspension" of your training access. You'll need to provide a 30-day notice to suspend/pause your training access.
