PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Duration: 8 Weeks
Training Frequency: 3-4 Days Per Week
Session Length: 60 Minutes

This program is built around progressive overload, movement quality, and community accountability. Each phase builds upon the previous one to ensure safe, steady, and measurable strength gains.
At Elite Performance and Strength, we don’t just train hard, we train together.
PROGRAM PHASES

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1–2)
Focus: Technique mastery, controlled tempo, moderate volume.

Phase 2: Strength Build (Weeks 3–5)
Focus: Progressive overload, increased intensity, structured progression.

Phase 3: Intensification (Weeks 6–7)
Focus: Heavier loads, lower reps, longer rest periods.
​
Phase 4: Performance Week (Week 8)
Focus: Rep PRs and performance challenges.

Lower Body + Core & Conditioning Day at Elite Performance and Strength is all about building powerful legs, glutes, and a rock-solid core. Expect heavy lifts, explosive movements, and heart-pumping conditioning that pushes your limits and leaves you stronger every week. No shortcuts, just results.
WEDNESDAY
TOTAL BODY
Total Body + Core & Conditioning Day at Elite Performance and Strength is the ultimate full-body grind. Power through compound lifts, dynamic core work, and high-intensity conditioning designed to build strength, boost endurance, and elevate total performance.
THURSDAY
TOTAL BODY
Lift heavy, move fast, and finish strong! Total Body + Core & Conditioning Day combines strength, power, hypertrophy, and sweat-driving conditioning to challenge every muscle and maximize results in one high-energy session.
FRIDAY
COACHES DECISION
Friday hits different at Elite Performance and Strength. The coaches take over with a dynamic, surprise workout built to challenge you in new ways, boost team atmosphere, and give your body a strategic break from heavy progressive overload days.
